Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds cannot be issued if:

You are dissatisfied with the product.
Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error. Any item is returned more than 14 days after purchase date. We cannot issue a refund if your order has been dispatched but not yet received, you will have to await delivery and return the products at your own cost to be eligible for a refund.

Should the customer fail to give the correct address, BamBoo Supa Foods Ltd or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. By submitting an order you agree to the terms and conditions of this.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case we require photographic evidence. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to happy@theskinnycaffe.com and we will provide the return address.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: BamBoo Supa Foods Ltd

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If this is the case we are not responsible for your item being lost in the post.

Please note a restocking fee on returns may apply.
